  • Do I need experience riding a scooter?

    Not at all. Most of our guests are first-time riders. Before every tour or rental, we provide a safety briefing and riding instructions to help you feel comfortable and confident.

  • What is the minimum age to ride?

    Drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Passengers must be able to safely sit behind the driver and follow safety instructions.

  • Do I need a driver's license?

    Yes. All drivers must present a valid physical driver's license from their home country before starting the tour or rental.

  • Do I need a helmet?

    Yes. Safety is our top priority. Helmets are provided for both drivers and passengers at no additional cost.

  • Where can I ride?

    Guests must follow local traffic regulations and our safety guidelines at all times. During your tour or rental briefing, our team will explain recommended routes and riding areas. Don't worry, you can drive all the way and discover all places.

  • Can two adults ride on one scooter?

    Yes. Our scooters can accommodate a driver and one passenger.

  • Can two people each drive their own scooter?

    Absolutely. Simply book two Driver/Scooter tickets.

  • Do you offer pick-up/drop-off service?

    Yes. We offer pick-up/drop-off service for allmost all hotels, resorts, and cruise passengers. 

  • Where do cruise passengers meet?

    Cruise guests receive detailed pickup instructions after booking. Our team will guide you to the designated meeting location near the cruise terminal.

  • What if I arrive late?

    Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • What should I bring?

    • Valid driver's license

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Guests can receive a full refund when cancelling at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please refer to your booking confirmation for full cancellation details.

  • What happens if it rains?

    Light tropical showers are common in Aruba and usually pass quickly. If severe weather affects the safety of the tour or rental, our team will contact you regarding available options.

  • Can I book the same day?

    Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during cruise ship days and peak travel seasons.

  • Are your tours guided?

    Yes. Our guided tours are led by experienced local guides who will show you some of Aruba's most beautiful coastal roads, beaches, and landmarks.

  • Do you offer self-guided rentals?

    Yes. Guests who prefer to explore Aruba independently can choose one of our self-guided rental options.
